I just ordered Planetes Volume 1 & 2 from Amazon.com and I can't wait!!!
Has anybody else read this kick ass manga, the anime is being broadcasted in japan and the OST is already out (I have already downloaded it  )

Oooo! I love Planetes!! I first saw an ep of the anime and I loved it from the opening sequence which was just amazing and beautifully made. Then I read the manga which is a bit more serious and I like it even mroe than I like the show. Though for their respective medium, I think they both are excellent.
Anyway, it's a rather real look at space travel in the near future. Very cool if you like NASA and real space stuff. A very facinating look at space travel. I belive the third and final volume is coming out this month. I kinda stopped watching the eps I got because I wanted to read the manga first. -Xenos |
