I don't mind if you scanlate it. It's not my files. It's Nihei's work.
About the question of "Tired of Sleep" about the Go Nagai short. I'm sorry but I won't scan it. Reasons :
1. If I do this, everyone will start asking for scan. And i don't want to scan all the book.
2. The story of Go Nagai is already the chapter 2. So you won't understand the story.
Sorry. If you really want to read it you'll have to buy Mandala. The first Mandala is also reprinted.

The Illuminati-manga group have say in Mangahelpers forums that one of their next scanlation projects is going to be Blame!2.
They have already scanlated a one-shot manga from the Mandala magazine, Diadem by Boichi
You can get it in their site
Sadly, it´s only available via IRC, so I don´t know how to get it.
If someone can dowload it and can upload it to Megadownload, Sendspace or the like I´ll be very grateful.
