Hello there!
I'll just go through Nihei's bibliography.
NOiSE: 1 volume, 7 chapters (plus Nihei's first published manga = 1 chapter) - complete
BLAME!: 10 volumes, 65 logs - complete
BLAME! Net Sphere Engineer: 1 chapter
Biomega: 1 volume, 10 chapters
Zeb-Noid: 6 pages - complete
Everybody, if you see an error there, please correct it.

There's also a 1 shot of Nihei's original Blame (without the exclamation mark), which seems to be a trial run of Blame!.
In addition to Blame! there's also Blame! Academy, which is a nice way to cap off reading everything else
Biomega and Zeb Noid are not associated with Blame! though...

Not very sure about what happens in Deadheads, it's some pretty wierd stuff. I'm still a firm believer that Biomega is a distant prequel to BLAME! for reasons I already posted somewhere. Maybe it'll become more clear if we get another volume.

Maybe hopeful
I'd keep an open mind, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

You forgot ABBA, when listing Nihei's stuff. ABBA rocked, but was only a few pages. It looked really old, so I dunno when it was published or anything. All I know is where I found it.

I'm not sure Abba is really old, I think it was published in this mag :
http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/akaikiba/index.html
It looks to be a comic magazine regrouping short stories from various authors.
Nihei is listed in some of those issues (and the 4th's cover is the nice color artwork by Nihei).
Thinking of it, Zeb Noid may come from this too, but I don't know at all, just a supposition.
Also, the number 5 out now, and Nihei's in the list again, so maybe we'll have a new short from Nihei soon.
Also while searching or niehi in google, I found this page :
http://www.ki.rim.or.jp/~omat/obj/ht/book.html
Scroll down up to something called "Sabrina", I never heard of it, but the logo in the bottom right corner is the same as this magazine "Akai Kiba".
Edit : Oh fuck, a digimortal ultragraphic, I missed it :
http://ultra.shueisha.co.jp/UJ98/UJ98Pin_A.html
And the Abara ultragraphic for those who missed it :

Don't speak Japanese, but a quick babelfish run gave me two things. One, the picture of the female silicon creature with the stick legs and claws is labeled 'Idaho,' whatever that means. Second, that weird colored construct at the bottom is labeled as 'Waste hierarchical development bureau.'
My guess for Sabrina is that it's in another volume of Secret Manga Posse. Actually, I think we assumed the title on the front cover of Secret Manga Posse to be the title of Nihei's work, so it isn't really called ABBA anyway.
