That it appears her entire right arm has a similar condition. However, this is the same arm that was blown off by Narain's tele-blast. So both of these machines in my speculation can be one of the following things:

1.) Man-made parts (unlikely)

2.) Organic machinery (still unlikely as she also dislikes the synthetic humans and other "ugly man-made things).

3.) They are a part of her body, formed through genetic mutation, similar to the protective membrane produced by the Synthetic human agents.


Also, when a piece of a dying Nyaldee in the recreator world falls of, doesn't the citizen that it lands on turn into some kind of creature or machine similar to these things?


@ Kardal - Well, to be honest, it looks a little bulky for just bandages in my opinion. I thought they were tending to some damaged machinery. Maybe there's some regenerative equipment in them if they were bandages? When I first saw it I just thought:
"Bulky! Panels/Strips! And we've never actually seen her arm before!! Cyborg!"

So, I'm open to the idea of those bits on her arm being bandages. Besides, I actually think that if all of those abilities were her own power, that would be pretty awesome.

Its interesting that both Nyaldee and Kardal have these bizarre, slightly organic looking/behaving dresses. Nyaldee´s dress looks even stranger than that of Kardal...

Didnt Kardal first time turn up after the DRF have found adaptees/solved the whole thing about adaptees ?

Maybe its a power related to the pseudo N5S....

Also notable is that all this stuff is kind of a legacy of Nihei´s work in Abara.
I mean Blame was all about cyborgs and technolgy and Abara was about mutation and biological superpowers.
Biomega is about both.
