I stumbled across this somewhat unsettling website a few days ago and have since been utterly fascinated. The intricacies, depth, and sheer amount of time spent in its creation seems a bit mind numbing to me. Whoever the author is, he/she looks to be suggesting some sort of underlying correlation between mathematics, religion, and philosophy. The more I read and add up the numbers, the more I am amazed at the time spent in its creation. What do you guys think? The cryptic creation of a madman?... Or is there a bit of genius at work here? |

OK, ao I quickly browsed through it. WTF don't get me wrong I love a riddle or something deeper, but seriously this guy is seeing pink flying elephants.
He just wants to see things in certain popular texts and adds them up until he gets a satisfying result.
and whats with the site layout!?
Well dedicated for sure. but it drives me insane haha |

I would say that the evocation is by far the most disturbing part of the whole site.
Also, I read from a post on the discussion that the saying at the bottom of this picture ("Aum mani padme hum") is a Buddhist mantra.
Quote: From Wikipedia
Om mani padme hum is a Buddhist mantra.
Uh... guys...
Quote:
The middle part of the mantra, mami padme, is often interpreted as "jewel in the lotus," Sanskrit maní "jewel, gem" and the locative of padma "lotus", but according to Donald Lopez it is much more likely that Manipadme is in fact a vocative, not a locative, addressing a bodhisattva called Manipadma, "Jewel-Lotus". The om is straightforward as the sacred syllable prefixed to many mantras, and the hum is an exclamation or interjection, the like of which are also frequently found in mantras.
Quote: HAIL THE JEWEL AT THE CENTRE OF THE LOTUS
Weird...

Uh... what? Why were those words chosen?
Theories, etc?
And why the fuck does he quote this?
Quote: The Naming of Cats is a difficult matter,
It isn't just one of your holiday games; At first you may think I'm as mad as a hatter
When I tell you a cat must have
THREE DIFFERENT NAMES.
Does anyone have an idea of what this might mean? |

Trust me, I'm still trying to figure that out myself, lol. As far as I can tell it's just a huge numbers game that the author is playing with many philosophic and religious texts, symbols, terms, etc. However, there seems to be just too many coincidences and anomalies which make it hard for me to leave it at that and shun the possibility of there being a deeper meaning here. |

Thats how conspiracy theories work, it's flaw in human logic, we try to see order or a higher meaning in everything.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bible_code this is the same, when the text is big enough and you use the "right math", you can get everything |

A bit disturbing... Reminds me to a lunatic in youtube who claims to be the psychologist of a NASA scientist who wanted his videos uploaded on youtube after his death... The last one I watched was about some "satanic ritual", with goat mask and all :7
Just messing with people minds.
Now, about this page... Certainly, there are a lot of people who have very, very much free time and consumes it researching about strange stuff.
Maybe it has a deeper meaning, maybe not... But so many "proved and explained coincidences" is strange :7... That's the point, anyway.
Mmm... I'm gonna dream very strange tonight. |
